Combining the incredible forces of Reiki and Ceremonial Grade Cacao for an hour of grounding heart-centred goodness, we start the session sipping on the warm deliciousness of Ceremonial Grade Cacao by Nourish Hub, setting our intentions for the session and your day/week/month.
Ceremonial Grade Cacao is an ancient elixir that has been utilised in sacred settings for thousands of years by ancient Mayan cultures, and is a perfect way to help ground, open and connect yourself in preparation for receiving reiki.

Reiki is a traditional Japanese energy healing system utilising reiki energy or ‘universal light force’. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body to promote relaxation, reduce stress and enhance wellbeing.

Bridgit is a Master in Usui reiki and a qualified Naturopath. She is passionate about helping people connect more with their own bodies and started to learn reiki to help provide her patients further emotional and stress support.

We acknowledge and respect the traditional healers and cultures of these sacred practices and the indigenous owners of the land in which these sessions are held.
